Welcome to Wonder Mothers
Wonder Mothers is a Postnatal Exercise Specialist company in London. We solely work with mums and understand the challenges mothers face. Our role is to help you get fitter, feel and look great. Regardless if you're a mother to a newborn baby, toddler or an older child.
We offer a range of postnatal fitness classes, with custom workouts to meet the needs of whatever stage of motherhood you are in. Our workouts are fun, safe and effective. You can choose from buggy workouts, mums only boot camp, weight loss programmes to personal training.
Wonder Mothers know the importance of a good support network. Join one of our Islington or Stoke Newington mums group classes and make friends as you get fit.
