About Us

Having worked in the fitness industry for over 13 years, I have helped many mums get in shape after pregnancy. I have always known the challenges mums face. But, it wasn’t until the birth of my baby that I really began to fully understand how hard it can be, even to get out of the house everyday, let alone to the gym.

Childcare also being a major issue to me and many mums, having the baby with me while I exercise is essential.

Working out with my baby David has been great fun, much better than going to the gym, and he loves it too, specially when we are outdoors.

I get other mums constantly asking me for advice on how to get their bodies back. I often worry about the approach some are taking to lose weight. I feel that there is a lack of effective and safe information about postnatal exercise and nutrition available.

That is why I decided to set up Wonder Mothers. Sharing my knowgledge and passion with others mums is extremely rewarding. Getting fit safely wont just give us  the body we dream of but, improve self-esteem, increase energy levels and most importantly being healthy and a positive role model for our babies.
